Where do you buy your competition st louis style pork ribs?

Bought some korbata pork ones from snake river farms last time, they tasted great, but didn't look good.

I get my ribs from a local butcher haven't done a comp yet but he is who I will use.

I buy mine from GFS, pre trimmed all i have to do is pull off the membrane, plus they are very meaty and consistent in size. You pay a little more for the convenience, but they are great quality.

yeah, most of the time. I just use one case at a time so I can pick the best ones after cooking.
