SO,

Dan Chambers has a new smoker arriving next week.
What do you think he should tackle first on it's inaugural cook?

You can vote more than once.

I vote for brisket.
....although I'm not sure he can cook anyway....

Humphrey's? Dan's gettin' a Humphrey's? Well that explains why the shipping was $550. I thought it was a bit crazy to pay that much for shipping for one of these.

What do y'all mean seasoning? Like salt and pepper? Why would I season a smoker instead of the meat? You guys are kidding, right?

Jeanie, if YOU say fruit, the fruit it is. You're a better cook than most of these guys and most, certainly better looking....so I'll go with whatever you say.

Yes, I do know about seasoning a smoker

Well I guess I meant after seasoning.
Heck, that brisket will season it up just fine too I'd say.

I know. I'm in agreement with you .

My last three cookers all got a fatty to start and I explained that it just had to be done in order to season the thing.
