Toss up between Balanced...and S&P....I went with S&P

My go to rub is fairly balanced and I can adjust the heat or the sweetness by the taste of the day!

No sweetness.
Moderate heat so you can add a hot sauce as you like for a condiment later.
Paprika, Garlic, Cumin, Lemon highlights.
Umami from "some" MSG or other natural enhancer is not a crime.
