I cooked a pork butt to 205 so it would completely fall apart. shredded it and mixed it with some sauce. Today I made balls and wrapped them in bacon.

What do you call this?

Somebody at one point offered that a generic name for any meat covered in bacon and smoked could be called a Que Ball. Works here.
