Raw, smoked, grilled, baked, pressure cooked, crock pot, boiled.

Which brings up a question, if you boil should you apply rub before or after boiling? Also should you foil halfway through the boil?

No need for rub or foil. If you boiled it.. it's already ruined.:heh: :fencing:

Ain’t None of y’all seen the movie “Fried Green Tomatoes” and seen how Big George did the bbq.? With that big boiling pot and an Open grill………..
