89 and sunny. I've got beef ribs on the bottom shelf, chicken leg quarters on the next one, a picnic shoulder on the next one and atomic buffalo turds on top to drip all that great juice on everything. I checked my thermometer and it is about 75 degrees cool :? , so I am cooking at about 250. Got my spray bottle of earl and Tony is SHINING! 8) Now I've got to go wash some of this pepper juice off my face and hands. OUCH! :shock: Any ideas how to get it off?
