No good deed goes unpunished. Wife's pick today was salmon patties. You build em I'll cook em. Had some leftover smoked/grilled/blackened salmon in freezer. Came back from bike ride 2 and danged if she didn't have sides and everything ready to go. My only request was to build the salmon balls with smoked Gouda and Green Chile. She did that too.
Blackstone, you're up. Gnome assist. Winds tomorrow gusting to 60mph with dust followed by fire watch followed by severe storms. Going to put my planned smoked of ribs and corned beef in the freezer. Probably have enough calm to knock out a dozen ABT's
