A simple weeknight stir fry. Indoors, Blackstone not necessary this evening.

with a few changes. I only wish I'd taken more pics, but the prep was quick and the stir fry was even quicker.
I started with the Red Chili Oil I made from his channel a few days ago. Adds a nice kick to the dish. Rather than using Tofu, I substituted Shrimp. Omitted the baby corn, sub'd Baby Bellas for Shiitake, Koba noodles for Udon. Everything else was the same as his written recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand and with stir fry you can do your own thing anyway.

I'm enjoying this channel and keep reminding myself it's easy to make vegan dishes non-vegan.
