Cooked this yesterday for NFC playoffs as a test drive before Panthers/Seahawks tailgate. Beef Ribs on the good ol Bubba Keg and the Salmon on my new MES. Ribs came out great, great rub and my Red sauce but needs a little more smoke. Salmon was good but first time slow smoking fish on the MES.

Looks great! It's been a while since I've done beef ribs. Done the beef backs a decent amount, but I really like those as well and saw some good ones at RD the other day. Thanks for sharing :-D
