Pork tenderloin is one of those things I don't cook often enough. Fast and tasty.

Cooked on my Weber kettle, indirect at about 400*F or so until the IT hit 145, then put it right over the coals for a quick sear. Seasoned with Dizzy Pig Raging River, and a chunk of apple wood for smoke. Had mashed potato and broccoli on the side.

Got home at 6, and had food on the plate by 7. Can't beat that.
