I picked this up from a local guy.
Works very well. Stuffed three 3" summer sausages 12" long in about 2 minutes. Cleanup was a snap since it all comes apart. Hooks right up to your kitchen faucet. The "engineer" says it puts 70 pounds of pressure on the ram. Then use a drill motor to empty the water and pull the ram/piston back for reloading. He does build larger units. This one takes up to 12 pounds of meat.
Around the same cost as a LEM 5# crank stuffer.
