I'm fortunate to have the Butcher Shoppe here in Pensacola, they sell Wagyu Tri Tip, they also ship and sell a lot of meat to comp teams. I haven't bit the bullet on a Wagyu Try Tip yet.

I was at “The Buthcher Shoppe” this morning looking at the wagyu tri tip. They looked great but I passed and picked up a prime hanger steak and a 5.4 lb brisket point. The brisket point is taking a bath on the offset as we speak. Can’t hardly wait till Saturday to cook that hanger steak for the wife and I. Never had one before.
Red sox-Astros. Although I knew we didnt have a chance he is aware of my undying love for the sox.....
So he basically saw a sucker and took advantage! Sorry, I couldn't help myself! LOL. Mac
