Looking for a reasonably priced BBQ class to attend as a tune up for next year? Pork been a problem for you in the past? (It has for me!) There's a great class for you: Victory Lane BBQ, the #1 MBN team in the country for 2014 will be in Cumming, GA on January 24th, 2015 for a rib and pork butt class. It will be a four hour (with additional time as needed), tell all class from one of the best pork cooks in the country and it also includes lunch for only $200. Best yet is that the class will be limited in size to ensure an up close and personal experience!
Pitmaster Heath Riles will share his complete processes for both meats and demo his new line of Victory Lane rubs and sweet sauce as well. Heath started out as a successful KCBS cook before transitioning his focus to MBN and will show us the nuances that will bring success in either sanctioning body!
