Yes, they had plenty of smoke flavor, I made sure I also trimmed off a ton of fat to expose the meat on top of the bone.

I did not add a lot of Holy Cow, mainly used a lot of Q-Salt, as you know that is really a bunch of salt with pepper, and has a little portobello mushroom and celery.
