I'm a Valentina fan. If my house ever gets raided, they might say "doesn't this seem like a lot of hot sauce?"

to Me - Valentina's tastes like a Mild version of Tabasco Sauce - but Much Cheaper - $2.19-$2.49 for 1 Liter.......... I marinade overnite then all day or just All day - I poured this bag up about 5 am and grilled about 8 pm..........

Valentina splashed on the rim of a Tecate can with a squeeze of lime juice :thumb: I've not had it on chicken as a marinade though. Works well on some chicharones or wavy potato chips too....mmmyep

I do this with wings. Marinate the day before the cook with whatever hot sauce out of the many in my pantry, then hit them with blackening seasoning before they go on the grill.

Never tried Valentino, I will now. It's certainly cheap enough. That looks like the perfect ratio of char/no char on those pieces. Well done, sir.
