Got a chuckie on the pit now, onions and peppers already sliced and in the pan. Once it temps at 160 it will go in the pan to finish, I'll pull it the serve on phrench bread.

Gotta say I was a bit concerned when my phavorite thead was AWOL Phriday morning!
Phriday was Cubano sandwiches, tonight was brisket burgers on the kettle.
Tomorrow will be a pork sirloin roast on my Cajon bandit-ish modified Weber rotisserie ring.

Tossed some lamb ribs on the Kudu a few minutes ago. We'll see how that goes.

Late to the party, 'cause I was at a party over the weekend.
Had a stall there with tuna salad rolls and smoked chicken rolls. Ate bunny chow and drank too much beer.
