Thanks for all the info, below is my UDS. It is still a work in progress, changes after every cook. I have really enjoyed experimenting and eating good food.

As far as tweaking , I finished mine cooked a pair of spatchcock chickens , and ground of part of my beautiful paint job to weld on some legs :crazy:
 
Yup, great looking UDS. I made one (Cardianals themed) for my stepsons birthday last year and he loves it. Now I need to get motivated and make one for myself! Thanks for posting.
