Turkey & Ham for 25

Hi Y'all
Small pick up order for 25 people. They want Turkey and ham.
I have a couple toupe hams frozen, but now sure how much turkey to orepair.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly.

Usually figure what they want to pay for. 4 ounces cooked ham and 4 ounces cooked turkey each is plenty of protein. Unless they want a mix of white & dark I'd use turkey breast. To net 4 ounces times 25 = 100 ounces or 6.25# I'd cook a 10#-12# breast. By the time you bone it and it shrinks a little you should net the 6-7#
