It was a nice day to be off and do some chillin'. :-D

The meat shortage has hit hard here, so, only a single rack today while I conserve my meat supply.

Rubbed with SuckleBuster's Hootchie Momma (killer!), smoked over hickory, and sauced with Baby Rays Sweet Vidalia Onion sauce. The BGE is notorious for not giving up a smoke ring, but these ribs were great, and it was a fun day outside in the smoke with some good bourbon and pretending life is normal. :-D

Man! Those nicely barked ribs looks tasty! Wish we had a big freezer cuz ribs are getting scarce here in NorCal as well.
