I heard having a spicy rub helps keep the ribs from being too sweet when using the honey and brown sugar wrap. Anyone have a good spicy rub they wouldn't mind releasing to the public?
 
Not sure if you have access to any or not but what I do is use my favorite commerical rub (3 Eyz BBQ, Plowboy's, Big Mista's, etc) and then add a little of my own hot pepper dust to spice things up. Jalapeno and Caribbean pepper dust are two of my favorites. :thumb:
