Yesterday afternoon I decided to give Myron Mixon's rib recipe a try. I'm usually not much on sauced ribs but I've tried a few other things in his book and they were all pretty tasty. Well I cooked 3 racks in my el cheapo CharGriller and I have to say they were pretty delicious. [/ATTACH]
 
They sure look good.

I thought they were quite tasty. My in-laws said they were the best ribs they have ever had. Which is complimentary because I cooked them, but a little bit disappointing because I usually cook ribs for them about once a week. Maybe I'll have to try my own recipe side by side with this one when I get my new smoker.
