Tri tip surf and turf.

Nothing special, just a baked potato, some frozen snow crab i had in the freezer, and a tri tip i had collecting ice in the freezer. Only thing truly fresh is the salsa verde.

I heard that too. I actually payed $5/lb for these snow crabs. I have like 50 pounds in my freezer.
