I am cooking some ribs today to take to a party about 1 hour away from my home. Should I bring them already cut up in a halfpan wrapped in foil or should I wrap them whole a put them in a cooler and tranport them & then put them on a grill to heat/firm up? Same goes for a the tray of rib tips I am preparing.
I usually don't have these problems because I serve at home.
Thoughts please.

Hey Les,
I would do the foiled aluminum pan, then in a warm cooler and fill the remaining dead air space in the cooler with towels. They'll keep warm for an hour easy. Not sure if I would cut them ahead of time though, they may dry out.
