I love lamb and actually have a frenched rack in the freezer. What internal temp did you take the rack to? They look great!
 
I too had a rack of lamb last night; it was tasty! GF likes her lamb cooked, so I took the rack to 145* and let her grill to desired donesness! Usually, I shoot for 130* like Ross!

Incidentally, we also had some 4oz. lobster tails to boot with grilled corn, burp!
