Tonight's Throw-together sandwich...

Tonight's dinner -- a throw-together sandwich made from two grilled boneless/skinless chicken thighs dusted with our new Smokey Chile Lime All Purpose rub topped with candied bacon made with a combo of our Dominator Sweet Rib Rub and Secret Weapon Pork & Chicken rub & two slabs of melted sharp cheddar cheese, mayo and Head Country BBQ sauce dripping down the sides. Sometimes I impress myself...
