White Bread and Dinner Rolls - 1 Loaf or 12 Rolls

Ingredients:
500 Grams Bread Flour
330 Grams Lukewarm Milk - the higher the Fat the better
5 Grams. Instant Yeast - I use SAF Red Label
10 Grams Sugar
5 Grams Iodized Salt
40 Grams Fat - I use melted butter


Mix and kneed on medium speed for 4 minutes.
Cover with plastic wrap and set in warm area for 1 hour to rise.

Form into desired shape 1 Loaf or 6 Hamburger Buns or 12 Dinner Rolls
put back in a warm area and let proof for another hour.

Cook Time and Temp:
Temperature will be 400 degrees F
1 Loaf = 30 minutes
12 Dinner Rolls = 12 minutes
6 Hamburger Buns = 17 minutes

Always love the bread or rolls, but the bacon wrapped tenderloin and the chicken breast are the stars of the show! I will have to try your recipe as the rolls looked perfect.
