I helped cook Julia Child`s 80`th birthday party back in the early 90`s on a private island off of Miami, FL.It`s a funny story that ended up being on the front page of the Miami Herald.I would tell the story but I dont want to hijack the thread.She was the real deal I have to say after spending hours with her.Of all the famous Chefs I have cooked with she ranks right up with my weekend with Paul Bocuse.
