Fatties and BeerButt chickens.
WSM using mostly apple chips and a handful of maple chips.


JD Maple, American cheese, minced onion, minced garlic and a shake of rub. The family doesn't like heat so no peppers in these :cry:

I took some of my rub and mixed it with butter to form a paste and stuck it between the skin and the meat.

The apple/maple combo gave it a pretty color (IMHO)

Nice looking grub.

I'll contribute to this food pron with a plate that I prepared a little while back but hadn't gotten around to posting here yet.

Filet mignon (smoked with EVOO and Montreal steak seasoning, then cut and finished on the grill), a smoked tomato with EVOO, oregano and whole milk mozarella, and a twice baked potato topped with some cheese.
