Started by making a garlic and roasted jalapeno Aioli...No pics...
Then I ground a pound and a half of chuck steak.
Mixed that with some shredded Parmesan cheese.
And made six burgers, CBP is the only seasoning. We'll let the Parm add the saltiness on this one.
Set up the Weber with the inverted Vortex filled with lump and some pecan splits for extra heat. The bricks will give some space between the V and the griddle...
Fried some bacon.
And the burgers.
Added bleu cheese.
And covered that with a slice of American cheese.
Then I fried some Parmesan cheese.
Meanwhile on another grill...
Put some burn on some Kaiser rolls.
And cooked up some corn.
Into the house...
