Good lookin' pie!

If you don't mind sharing, what store brand crust did you use, and how'd you like it? - I have tried the Trader Joe's, and they were OK, but always looking for better that I might be able to pickup for those occassions where I want a pizza, but didn't have to foresight to make the dough in advance (bad planning:oops:).

Looks great Rick. I did my first 3 pizzas last night on my new large BGE. I cooked 2 pizzas with Italian sausage/fresh basil for the ladies and a pepperoni/anchovy/fresh basil for me. Cooked at 550 for around 8 minutes each and they were great.
