You just reminded me I need to make a new batch of chile powder. I've done a similar recipe except I'll cube up about 2 1/2 # of chuck from a large roast.

NICE !!! I like heat in chili but the wife & kids don't, so I usually add heat to my plate (bowl). Thanks for sharing.
