That's great John_aero! I'm a bit Irish myself and have thought about moving there and open a BBQ and Mexican food place. Glad to hear people like it. What kind of smoking wood is available there? You like Mexican food? I would love to live there.

i want out of here country is in ****e

i have concidered opening similr myself but not cheap and lot health and safety get around. plus rent/ownership here is unreal expensive. no wonder so many places closing

as for wood, i am using old whiskey barrels

but can buy all woods you get in usa but costs about 2-3 times the price as not sold in bulk as not popular
