Thirdeye's Pastrami Recipe

Can anybody please help me find his recipe for Pastrami? I did a search for it but only found references to it in other people's posts.

If you want to try brining your own, this is the recipe/process I've used.

I usually let it brine a few days longer and it turns out really well.
