That's right, these are restaurant ribs. In the freezing cold upper midwest lol. Haven't seen any other ribs like these since I was back in Kansas City.

After doing this for so many years now, I can't even generally eat BBQ anymore. Even my own. But I always have a place in my stomach for some ribs done right.
