The Southern New England Kosher BBQ Championship & Craft Fair, the Largest Kosher BBQ Championship on the East Coast will take place on August 30, 2015 at Congregation Beth El in Fairfield, CT. We are a KCBS event. Applications and rules are available on our website. We provide everything you need - meats, utensils, grills, lump charcoal, Ergo Chef knives. The only thing you need to bring is your team, your tent and your rubs (as long as they are kosher) Grand Prize is a free team entry to our event next year, a $450 value.
