It's not all that hard to make. And it was delicious! The hardest part was waiting for the green chili to finish cooking. Much sampling along the way made the wait a lot easier. :wink:
 
The best time to eat that is after Labor Day so you won't be wearing white. I could definitely go face first into that. Great and incredible cook!!
 
Wow...wow...wow...wow...I gotta make some of that !! Thanks for the link for the recipe.

My problem is I don't have any hatch chile's. Prolly sub poblano and/or anaheims.
