I just picked me up one of these last weekend. I'm stoked to fire her up this weekend. Thinking I'm gonna do some brisket and butts for my first cook. Not sure though, I might just go easy and dig up some chicken and ribs. Any of you use this cooker? If so share some stories. I'm interested to see what any of you think of these cookers.
