The gathering of the meat

[Huh? What?]

Each holiday season, the grocery store in the town my employer is stocks up the cases with good meat. They put it all on sale, and give us gift certificates to the store as part of the holiday bonus. As such, I take advantage to load the freezer.

So far...

Two bone-in rib roasts; 1x8-pound, 1x16-pound
One New York strip roast; 5-pound
One pork belly; 11-pound
One whole beef tenderloin; 5-pound

Total out-of-pocket expense - $114.

My crew and I have to work Christmas day, so the small rib roast will be going in to feed us. The others will bring sides.
