It is a 150 gallon vertical, four 26.5" dia racks, a stick burner with just the door for fire control for now, going to add a daisy wheel and close the door, 120lb cast iron man hole cover for a diffuser and heat sink: temps rebound in three mins after mopping or whatever, 8" exhaust. I shovel the coals out at the end of a cook and it takes five hours to cool down. It is a heavy mofo, had to use a tractor to move it. The stand is a cracked semi rim.
LOVE the manhole cover idea for a diffuser; probably take forever to get 120# hot, but once you get there you will be hot for farkin ever. Not surprised it recovers so fast! Great design cooker!
