This is what goes down when a pitmaster is bored on a Saturday evening! 7 lb. butt, rubbed with one of my own blends, on the WSM, low and slow till its ready to come off at 205 degrees. Smoking with hickory and apple.

This baby was taken off the smoker at 195 degrees and into foil to rest and hold until eating time. More pics after I pull it.
