Outdoor Elegance Patio Design Center — La Verne, CA

Limited to only 24 seats

During this one-day techniques class, instructors will be covering: meat selection, trimming, injections, rubs, sauces, and box building for all four KCBS meats (chicken, ribs, pork, brisket) as well as tri tip for the backyard competitions. The class is perfect for those looking to begin competing as well as competitors who want to improve their competition scores.
Class will start at 9am (donuts and coffee will be available) on Saturday and will conclude around 5PM after each and every question has been answered.
Cost: $250

Students who attend the class will get $25 off the entry fee at the upcoming competition at Outdoor Elegance (Date TBD – limited spaces available)​
