Love the test.... the Fillet Mignion... no brainer, not in the race. Never heard of that specific Delmonico cut... looks like fame only get's you so far... certainly not out to this part of the world. Now Ribeye and NY Strip.... damn good. I love both and I'll have to do my own test. I've sure that was a bloody good dinner, no matter what the best was though!

yes, i've read that dialogue. but look at the meat...they are the same.

Except for the bone, they are the same in that picture. I used to prefer strip, but as the industry has switched to leaner animals, I find strip kind of tough. Rib eye/Delmonico for me.
