Thanksgiving in May; Turkey Wrapped With Bacon on the Egg

Been a little under the weather for a few days so wanted to Q something.

Started with a 21 lb bird

Trimmed up a little

Bacon blanket with some almost world famous Butter and seasoning mix

Everybody was in a hurry to eat. The presentation is not very good. I will say, the legs were a little tough but the breast was the best I have ever done. Very, very moist!
