I bought 1836 rub after seeing Adams post.

Finger test I thought was a bit peppery. The taste after cooking is awesome. I may try a brisket with it.

Here some pit beef with the tiger sauce clone.

The first pic of the cut beef I thought was to rear so I put it back in to cook some more. Second cut pic was more my liking.

It looks great! Thank you for the report on the Sucklebusters. I've tried other flavors but haven't tried this one. I missed out on the sale. Sounds tasty!
 
Here I thought spices lost flavor over time and had an expiration date. Don't think I want any spices that are that old...
