My only issue is what to cook/which rub to use. I find myself basing dinner plans around which rub I want to cook with on a given night. LOL.

Get some of the Smokey Chile Lime too...very versatile. I've used it on beef, chicken, and pork. It's one of my favorites.

Agree. I just tried some last week on some ABTs and chicken. It rocked. :-D

I'm looking forward to trying it on some shrimp and salmon.
