Temp difference between Guru and Tru Tel

Guru reads 235 while tru tel in the door reads 200 , which would you think is correct ? Thanks

Guru. Dial temps are not normally accurate. That being said, my guru and teltru are usually about 20* difference, however they come closer as the cook goes on. Also, the placement of the guru probe will make a difference as well.
