I found the Classic Tylor Thermometer selling for only $2.99 at a Dollar Store by my office. The price was good so I picked up a few. I'm thinking of using these on each shelf of my Spicewine.

Have any of you used these and if so, do they work well?

What was the name of the Dollar store?? We have 4 different ones near me,, never set foot in any of them..

I use these all over my offset.
I buy them for 3.99 at my local ACE - 2.99 is a heck of a deal.

I use 2-3 of these in different levels (When I have meat at multiple levels), II set them right besides the meat on the grate. It gives me a quick & easy check of ambient air temps around the meat.

As mentioned the smoke easily wipes off with a little pam.
