Yep, did 6 doz tamales today. Yesterday was too busy so my bride and I did these after church and lunch today. Bob Brisket helped me with these last year so these are dedicated to him and his family. Merry Christmas everyone.

I love tamales. I ate A lot last night. I think next year I might give it a try. I am thinking it might be even better with smoked pork.

Beautiful. I really really love tamales. They are amazing and very versatile.

Ever try making dolce tamales with strawberries or some other fruit? They are great. Dolce de leche tamles are really good too. We made lobter tamles once and they were to die for.

One of the best types of tamales in my opinion is the Nicaraguan nacatamal.

Definitely good stuff.

These were mostly chicken and some were some pulled pork we had in the freezer. They really turned out awsome! We haven't done much variation as last year was the first time making them. I just know they are sooooo good!
