Got the #5 to temp with bacon grease. Filled her up with chopped brisket flat and pulled/chopped pork from a shoulder cook a few days ago. Shredded some Tillamook cheddar cheese (the remainder). Sliced a half avocado (the remainder) added some Kylitos Salsa(last of the jar) some beans from yesterday’s cook(the last beans) placed it in the two remaining taco shells and surrounded by the last of a bag of blue corn tortilla chips.

Taco Tuesday and freed up valuable real estate in the fridge. Amen
