I haven't posted much lately here - been crazy busy with work. It was a gorgeous fall day here in southern NJ and I needed some grill therapy. Time for chops and shrimp. :-D

The shrimp is marinaded in Italian dressing for about a half hour and cooked hot and fast on the BGE with some cherry smoke>

The chops were marinaded in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse (love it!) and cooked hot and fast with some cherry smoke.

My wife is making scalloped potatoes and green beans to serve.

That is pretty much the same thing I told my wife tonight, "I don't want to waste this nice weather so how about burgers on the grill?" Glad to see we both took advantage and had nice meals, as well.
